Project Requirements

The client required a fully automated platform enabling investors to effortlessly participate in agricultural projects while ensuring a smooth customer experience. A powerful admin panel was essential for comprehensive business monitoring, with strong customer data security and reliable payment gateway integration. Complete accounting functionalities were needed for an overall business view, along with simplified investment disbursement. Additionally, the platform had to manage detailed records of farmers, project investments, and investor wallets, ensuring efficient deposit and withdrawal processes.

Our challenges:

The project faced multiple challenges, including limited agricultural domain knowledge requiring expert collaboration and a highly complex system architecture to support diverse stakeholders. Designing an intuitive UI for farmers with minimal technical skills was critical, while ensuring financial data security under PCI DSS, GDPR, and local compliance added complexity. Additional challenges involved real-time investment tracking, multi-source data integration, scalability, Shariah-compliant finance, strict regulatory requirements, secure third-party integrations, and continuous risk monitoring.

We began with a thorough requirement analysis to identify client needs and challenges. Leveraging Laravel v12, we built a secure, scalable, and structured backend with authentication, authorization, and encryption. A modern, responsive interface was delivered using Custom CSS and Bootstrap 5. Following Agile methodology, we ensured iterative development and timely client feedback. QBit Tech BMS supported task management and milestone tracking. Cross-platform mobile apps were developed with Flutter, optimized for mobile-first use. Continuous testing ensured reliability and minimized bugs.
